Avalon is new to Clara's this year. They carry an array of ready-made icing flowers and gumpaste flowers. (Roses are the
most popular choice.) Gumpaste sprays or individual flowers are available. In Royal Icing, you can get pansies, lilies, mums, carnations, daisies, fall leaves, and ivy.
Avalon can make any type of flower you need, though
special orders need to be made months in advance.
